Merchandise Shipping/Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving processes, including completing invoices and processing returns
• Receive and process replenishment shipments and conduct regular inventory checks
• Prepare and ship orders and store transfers while accurately completing all associated paperwork
• Maintain and support the Will Call area and stock the sales floor to enhance customer experience
• Organize the warehouse to ensure products are easy to locate
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Assist in the physical inventory process and provide support for other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, frequently lift 50 lbs, and occasionally lift over 75 lbs with assistance
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain a team mentality
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to learn new processes quickly
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high business ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or merchandising environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and basic math skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role
