Merchandise Shipping/Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage store operational requirements including receiving shipments and processing replenishment
• Process returns, complete invoices, and accurately manage all associated paperwork
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in the physical inventory process
• Prepare and ship orders and manage store transfers
• Maintain and support the Will Call area and stock the sales floor
• Organize the warehouse to ensure products are easily located
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, frequently lift 50 lbs, and occasionally lift 75 lbs with assistance
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to learn quickly
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high business ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or merchandising experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and basic math skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role
