Merchandise Sales Assistant II

Responsibilities

• Support store operations by completing invoices, processing returns, and managing replenishment shipments
• Maintain sales floor displays, stock, and sales literature to enhance the customer experience
• Organize the warehouse to ensure efficient product location and ease of access
• Conduct inventory checks and assist in the physical inventory process
• Prepare and ship orders and manage store transfers with accurate paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Provide exceptional service to both internal team members and external customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, frequently lift 50 lbs, and occasionally lift over 75 lbs (with assistance)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to learn new processes quickly
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high business ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or merchandising role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and basic math skills
• Prior experience in a customer service environment
