About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and manage seasonal OTB plans aligned with financial targets
- Lead weekly and monthly reforecasting using WOS and scenario analysis
- Define SKU targets, tiering, leftover targets, and inventory exit strategies
- Partner with Finance on liquidation targets and forecasting
- Analyze sales performance considering commercial calendar and competitive dynamics
- Manage in-season reorder opportunities to maximize unit velocity
- Identify risks and opportunities and propose mitigation actions
- Own Outlet OTB planning and liquidation forecasting
- Manage Off-Price partner relationships and inventory offers
- Oversee sample sales and digital flash sales strategy
- Own warehouse inbound and outbound forecasting
- Manage SKU-level inventory forecasts and global transfer approvals
- Drive transition from Excel-based reporting to Tableau / Anaplan
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand market trends and buying psychology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French
