Responsibilities
- Drive strategic company and inventory planning to maximize sales and exceed financial targets
- Design inventory strategies balancing new and core merchandise to support in-stock and turnover objectives
- Determine optimal order quantities and develop flow strategies in collaboration with vendors
- Analyze historical data to extract insights on product performance, pricing, and inventory trends
- Forecast sales and inventory needs to maximize opportunities and minimize risks
- Maintain planning systems and develop enhanced forecasting models to improve business visibility
Requirements
- 4+ consecutive years of Merchandising Planning experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suites
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
- Proven ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- BA or BS degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a subscription business model
- Aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
