Responsibilities

• Drive strategic company and inventory planning to maximize sales and exceed financial targets
• Design inventory strategies balancing new and core merchandise to support in-stock and turnover objectives
• Determine optimal order quantities and develop flow strategies in collaboration with vendors
• Analyze historical data to extract insights on product performance, pricing, and inventory trends
• Forecast sales and inventory needs to maximize opportunities and minimize risks
• Maintain planning systems and develop enhanced forecasting models to improve business visibility

Requirements

• 4+ consecutive years of Merchandising Planning experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suites
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
• Proven ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• BA or BS degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a subscription business model
• Aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
