Merchandise Planner Private Label

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic assortment and budget planning, including the creation of seasonal forecasts
• Monitor sales performance and implement in-season measures, such as reorder decisions
• Create weekly sales reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses
• Identify growth potential and white spots within assortment categories
• Strategically develop the private label portfolio in close collaboration with the Buying team
• Continuously optimize merchandise planning tools and processes
• Work closely with Buying and Design teams to contribute to the success of brands like About You and studioselect

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
• 3+ years of professional experience in Merchandise Planning
• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales KPIs and entrepreneurial thinking
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• High level of independence and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with various stakeholders
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of German
• Initial experience in Fashion E-Commerce
• Experience with Power Query
