About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of pre-season and in-season financial plans by SKU, category, and collection
- Lead weekly and monthly reporting to deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Analyze business performance across sales, inventory, and margin to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with Merchandising, Design, Production, E-commerce, and Store Operations to align financial plans
- Manage store allocation strategies and in-season replenishment
- Monitor inventory health and recommend pricing and markdown strategies
- Support product lifecycle management including new launches and assortment optimization
- Maintain data integrity and SKU-level accuracy across planning systems
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Allocation
- Experience in an omni-channel or DTC retail environment
- Advanced Excel skills for large dataset analysis and dynamic reporting
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business actions
- Confident communication skills for influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
