Merchandise Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reporting
• Analyze selling trends at macro and micro levels to present actionable recommendations
• Build, maintain, and execute item-level plans to support coordinated deliveries
• Analyze SKU-level performance to identify opportunities and assortment optimization strategies
• Partner with Merchandising and Production Planning to ensure item availability
• Support pre-season and in-season planning including forecasting and OTB management
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions
• Participate in seasonal hindsight reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years of merchandise planning experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Experience with Toolio Merchandising Platform is a strong plus
