About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale the assortment from product ideation to launch
- Curate an assortment that delivers on revenue, margin, and quality targets
- Leverage data, customer insights, and retail trends to optimize product mix
- Partner with sourcing to develop and bring new products to market
- Manage the product development process with sourcing and tech design partners
- Collaborate with marketing, site, and creative teams for product storytelling
- Utilize technology and data tools to build and scale product strategy
- Lead cross-functional collaboration as the category expert
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and systems
Requirements
- 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in Men’s apparel
- Based in San Francisco, CA with 3 days per week in-office requirement
- Proven track record of professional growth and responsibility
- Product obsessed with experience leveraging data tools
- Analytical mindset with a focus on execution and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product development
- E-commerce or DTC experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
