Merchandise Management Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandise Management team with operational tasks regarding stock replenishment for high-turnover products
• Assist with measures for slow-moving items in close cooperation with suppliers
• Provide data-driven recommendations to Buying, Pricing, and Merchandise Planning teams regarding assortment potential, pricing strategies, and promotions
• Continuously develop procurement and assortment management processes to increase operational efficiency
• Analyze assortment performance and derive optimization measures at supplier, category, and product levels

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven way of working
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to question existing processes
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
• Business fluent English skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience in Buying, Merchandise Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Experience with analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
