Merchandise Leader

Responsibilities

• Execute brand visual standards and drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the team
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment to ensure the store is "guest ready"
• Set clear productivity goals for the merchandising team to maintain high standards across all store areas
• Partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to implement marketing and merchandising updates
• Maintain store safety standards in the salesfloor and stockroom while adhering to shrink-reduction strategies
• Champion a culture of recognition and ensure the team prioritizes the guest experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising and visual merchandising
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time management skills
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Ability to set priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
