Merchandise Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in executing floorsets, marketing updates, and maintaining brand visual standards.
• Drive floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment to ensure the store is "guest ready."
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom while adhering to shrink-reduction strategies.
• Champion a culture of recognition and ensure the merchandising team prioritizes the guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising and visual merchandising.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• A passion for the brand and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
