Merchandise Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in executing brand visual standards and floorsets
• Drive effective floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting productivity goals
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment
• Ensure the store is "guest ready" through consistent replenishment and organization
• Maintain store safety standards in the salesfloor and stockroom while adhering to shrink-reduction strategies
• Champion a culture of recognition and teamwork to ensure a premium guest experience

Requirements

• Proven retail merchandising and visual merchandising skills
• Previous retail work history
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and priority-setting abilities
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
