About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Team Leader in executing brand visual standards and floorsets
- Drive effective floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting productivity goals
- Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment to ensure the store is guest-ready
- Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Champion a culture of recognition and ensure the merchandising team prioritizes the guest experience
- Implement shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven retail merchandising and visual merchandising skills
- Previous retail work history
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and priority-setting abilities
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
