About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Team Leader in executing floorsets, marketing updates, and maintaining brand visual standards.
- Drive floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting clear productivity goals.
- Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment to ensure the store is "guest ready."
- Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom while adhering to shrink-reduction strategies.
- Champion a culture of recognition and ensure the merchandising team prioritizes the guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven retail merchandising and visual merchandising skills.
- Previous retail work history.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to set priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
