Merchandise Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in executing brand visual standards and floorsets
• Drive effective floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting productivity goals
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment to ensure the store is "guest ready"
• Maintain store safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom
• Champion a culture of recognition and ensure the merchandising team prioritizes the guest experience
• Implement shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising and visual merchandising
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• A passion for the Aerie brand and products
