Merchandise Leader

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting productivity goals
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and adjustments
• Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom
• Adhere to shrink-reducing strategies and AEO policies

Requirements

• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills
• History of retail work
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong priority-setting and time management skills
• Flexible availability including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
