Merchandise Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards.
• Drive effective Floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting productivity goals.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Implement shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Champion a culture of recognition and ensure the merchandising team prioritizes the guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• A passion for the Aerie brand and products.
