About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Team Leader in executing AEO Brand Visual Standards to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and managing displays from bustforms to tables.
- Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store "guest ready."
- Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom while adhering to shrink-reduction strategies.
- Champion a culture of recognition and teamwork to ensure the merchandising team prioritizes the guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail merchandising and visual merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to set priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
