Responsibilities

• Execute AEO Brand Visual Standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting productivity goals
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining a "guest ready" environment
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising and visual merchandising
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• A passion for the Aerie brand and products
