Merchandise Leader

Responsibilities

• Execute brand visual standards and drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the team
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment to ensure the store is "guest ready"
• Set clear productivity goals for the merchandising team to maintain AEO Brand Standards
• Partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to identify merchandising opportunities and take action
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom while adhering to shrink-reduction strategies
• Champion a culture of recognition and ensure the team prioritizes the guest experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising and visual merchandising
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent time management and priority-setting abilities
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• A passion for the Aerie brand and products
