Merchandise Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting productivity goals.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are "guest ready" and meet safety standards.
• Champion a culture of recognition and prioritize the guest experience.
• Implement shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to all company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• A passion for the AE and Aerie brands.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
