About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards.
- Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team and setting productivity goals.
- Manage day-to-day merchandising, including sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are "guest ready" and meet safety standards.
- Champion a culture of recognition and prioritize the guest experience.
- Implement shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to all company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- A passion for the AE and Aerie brands.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
