Merchandise Flow Collaborator

Responsibilities

• Contribute to merchandise availability and warehouse flow tasks
• Execute warehouse merchandise flow operations and supporting administrative tasks
• Maintain inventory data integrity following administrative guidelines to optimize product availability
• Adhere to all IKEA health, safety, and protection standards to prevent incidents
• Optimize warehouse operations using agile, simple, and cost-conscious methods
• Support colleagues in the department and other store areas as needed

Requirements

• Experience operating Reach or Double Reach forklifts
• Ability to perform frequent manual labor tasks
• Proficiency in logistics processes, tools, and working methods
• Knowledge of computer systems, software, and digital tools
• Analytical numerical skills
• Ability to work early and late shifts
• Capacity to manage a high-volume retail environment
• Understanding of health, safety, and protection regulations
