Athletes Unlimited owns and operates professional women’s softball, volleyball, and basketball leagues featuring world-class competition and fan experience. The organization is driven by the athletes that play in the leagues and is the first professional sports league to be organized as a Public Benefit Corporation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively assist customers with product information regarding sizing, pricing, and availability
• Efficiently check out customers at the point of sale and manage merchandise exchanges or returns
• Maintain the sales floor by cleaning assigned areas and ensuring merchandising follows brand guidelines
• Assist with inventory procedures including garment steaming, counts, and replenishment of floor stock
• Inform customers about active discounts or special offers
• Support store Load In and end-of-season Load Out procedures

Requirements

• Prior work experience as a Retail Associate or similar role
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and garment steaming
• Availability for the AUSL Championship dates of July 23 & July 25-27
• Ability to work weekends and non-traditional hours
• Must be based in or near the College Station, TX area
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
