Merchandise Administrator

Responsibilities

• Partner with the buying team on data entry projects, including new product creation, PO creation, and order delivery tracking.
• Maintain accurate product data by updating UPCs, site descriptions, costs, and other attributes.
• Execute data clean-up tasks related to monthly exception reports.
• Lead communication with cross-functional traffic and operations partners to ensure timely product delivery and receipt.
• Support special projects and assist the Merch Process Manager in driving operational improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, eCommerce, retail operations, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or PLM tools.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience working with merchandising systems and familiarity with product lifecycle processes.
