About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and thorough customer service to ensure an excellent fan experience
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and process purchases using the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Handle guest credit and debit card transactions accurately
  • Prepare and maintain merchandise stand displays before and during events
  • Perform physical inventory counts before the start of an event and at the conclusion
  • Assist fans with merchandise inquiries regarding pricing and sizing
  • Participate in venue sustainability programs, including waste sorting and recycling efforts

Requirements

  • Experience with cash handling
  • Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from the venue
