Merch Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive store results through ownership of visual merchandising and floor sets
• Execute all floor moves and visual presentations according to company guidelines
• Coach and train team members on visual presentation to impact sales and meet goals
• Maintain sales floor presentation and organize visual storage areas
• Plan and implement mannequin dressing, signage, and lighting standards
• Partner with store leadership to identify staffing and supply needs
• Assist on the sales floor by modeling brand customer service behaviors

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Merch Lead or owning a visual function within a retail store
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and climb ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly
• High school education or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Past leadership experience in a retail environment
• Experience working in a flagship or high-visibility retail location
