Merch Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive store results through ownership of visual merchandising and floor sets
• Execute all floor moves and visual presentations according to company guidelines
• Coach and train team members on visual presentation to impact sales and meet goals
• Maintain sales floor presentation and organize visual storage areas
• Plan and implement mannequin dressing, signage, and lighting directives
• Partner with store leadership to identify staffing and supply needs
• Assist on the sales floor by modeling brand customer service standards

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Merch Lead or in a visual merchandising function
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders to stock merchandise
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience
• Experience working in a flagship or high-visibility retail location
