Merch Admin

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for vendors in the Kids category, supporting product setup and daily operations.
• Manage item creation in internal systems, including product builds, work orders, and inventory flows.
• Maintain accurate product data, ensuring timely updates to UPCs, site descriptions, costs, and other attributes.
• Track and report daily delivery status to vendors to ensure on-time performance and quick issue resolution.
• Lead weekly reporting and coordinate status meetings to keep vendor partners aligned.
• Monitor customer feedback and flag negatively reviewed items to improve the fan experience.
• Support special projects and assist the category manager in driving operational improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, eCommerce, retail operations, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems or product management tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PLM).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional vendor interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced digital retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience with product lifecycle processes.
