Responsibilities

• Sell products and provide customer service to employees and external clients in stores
• Execute point-of-sale activations, events, and product rotations
• Manage inventory by receiving orders, checking product conditions, and restocking assigned spaces
• Ensure excellent execution at the point of sale, including planogram compliance and date reviews
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work areas
• Report competitor activities and any road incidents during work travel
• Guarantee product quality and food safety processes

Requirements

• Over 18 years of age
• High school diploma (Bachillerato completo)
• Ability to read and write in Spanish without difficulty
• Ability to lift between 12.5 and 25 kg
• Availability to travel within Cali and the metropolitan area
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to work in cold environments (down to -18°C) and various physical conditions (noise, dust, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a mass consumption environment
• Previous experience with manual inventory systems
