Responsibilities

• Execute commercial strategies within stores to improve customer experience.
• Supervise inventories and product displays.
• Coordinate point-of-sale (POP) advertising materials.
• Follow up with suppliers and manage purchase orders.
• Implement commercial campaigns and regional projects.
• Generate reports and analyze commercial results and indicators.
• Participate in new store openings.
• Ensure correct visual and commercial execution across assigned points of sale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, commercial, or operational marketing roles.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong focus on results, sales, and commercial indicators.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
