MEPS Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders for MEPS, process utility, and critical infrastructure systems
• Prepare and present cost plans, estimates, and budgets for MEPS scopes
• Partner with design teams and contractors to validate MEPS cost estimates
• Review and reconcile cost changes to ensure alignment with project requirements
• Coordinate cost information from suppliers, vendors, and design consultants
• Perform cost checks, valuations, and cost verification on complex projects
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
• Produce monthly cost reports highlighting project performance, risks, and opportunities
• Support final account negotiations and project closeout activities
• Identify, coach, and mentor talent to support team growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry
• Extensive experience with MEPS systems and critical infrastructure
• Experience in data center, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or large-scale industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategies and value engineering
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• RICS accreditation or actively pursuing accreditation
• Construction consultancy experience
• Experience supporting multi-billion-dollar capital programs
