MEP Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all MEP activities from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to MEP subcontractors and vendors
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP systems
• Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC programs and support the Energy Control and Safety Program
• Manage punch lists, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive timely resolution of challenges
• Oversee start-up and commissioning activities
• Maintain strong relationships with owner representatives, architects, engineers, and clients
• Provide leadership in workforce planning, logistics coordination, and resource allocation

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems
• Proven ability to manage complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers or stadiums
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and commissioning protocols
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and advanced commissioning procedures
• Knowledge of safety programs and energy control requirements
