MEP Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Participate in purchase and sale audits of existing properties and project developments across all asset classes within the MEP/TGA scope
• Conduct technical due diligence including document review, site inspections, and technical assessments (cost estimation and regulatory compliance)
• Assess the condition of heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning, elevator technology, electrical, MSR/GLT, and technical fire protection systems
• Perform internal quality control for costs and reports within the TGA sector
• Monitor projects for new and existing buildings
• Develop feasibility studies within interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• University degree in building services engineering, facility management, or comparable technical qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, planning in the TGA sector, technical assessment, or technical property/asset management
• Proficiency in assessing construction and repair costs and condition assessments
• Deep knowledge in at least one TGA trade and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong knowledge of standards, guidelines, and new developments in the TGA field
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
• Fluency in German and English, or fluency in English and good German
