MEP Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Control and ensure the quality of electromechanical installations (MEP) according to project specifications and standards
• Supervise and evaluate MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Safety, and Hydraulics
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and ISO quality standards
• Prepare and review Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, supervisors, and clients
• Collect and verify technical documentation such as As-built drawings, Test Reports, and Material Submittals
• Record and report Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions
• Manage material quality from receipt to final delivery
• Monitor and manage Testing & Commissioning processes
• Collaborate with design, construction, and HSE teams
• Train and support technical staff on quality matters

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in MEP systems and construction projects
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, construction codes, and QA/QC procedures
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Proficiency with QA/QC tools (checklists, ITPs, NCR tracking)
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
