MEP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate MEP design and construction activities for data centre projects
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality control
• Analyse and mitigate project risks and implement proactive solutions
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards
• Oversee commissioning and testing of MEP systems for optimal performance
• Prepare detailed project reports and financial forecasts for stakeholders
• Implement best practices for sustainable and energy-efficient design

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Several years of MEP project management experience in Data Centres or similar technical environments
• Extensive knowledge of MEP systems and high-voltage electrical substations
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong understanding of Spanish building codes and regulations
• Excellent budget management and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Availability for on-site work
