About the role
Responsibilities
- Define project development strategy, procurement routes, and Project Execution Plans
- Monitor cost plans, master programmes, and risk registers for accurate forecasting
- Act as the primary client interface and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors
- Oversee inspections, snagging, and compliance with Quality Management Systems
- Produce monthly performance reports for clients and operations management
- Manage risks to reduce exposure to delays, cost overruns, and rework
- Drive alignment between site activities and project standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or logistics projects
- Engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of MEP construction and building systems
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Project
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of site operations, health & safety, and sustainability standards
