MEP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project development strategy, procurement routes, and Project Execution Plans
• Monitor cost plans, master programmes, and risk registers for accurate forecasting
• Act as the primary client interface and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors
• Oversee inspections, snagging, and compliance with Quality Management Systems
• Produce monthly performance reports for clients and operations management
• Manage risks to reduce exposure to delays, cost overruns, and rework
• Drive alignment between site activities and project standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or logistics projects
• Engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction and building systems
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Project
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of site operations, health & safety, and sustainability standards
