MEP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, hotel brand standards, and local regulations
• Manage and monitor the installation and integration of all MEP systems throughout design and construction
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, operators, and stakeholders to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, ELV, BMS, and specialty systems

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing MEP engineering, design, and construction for hospitality developments
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
• Experience with HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems
• Experience with commissioning and hotel operational readiness
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, and BIM coordination processes
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hotel Brand Standards
• PMI certification
• LEED, WELL, EDGE, or sustainable hospitality certification
