About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all on-site communications with site teams, engineers, and contractors
- Lead the implementation of Brickeye services from MEP/architectural drawing review through commissioning and live support
- Oversee survey, installation, and maintenance services to ensure compliance with project standards
- Act as the lead technical expert for on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mitigation strategy development
- Train site personnel on response plans and onboarding for the CR App
- Conduct periodic site inspections to verify system functionality
- Maintain precise project records, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, MEP Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in mechanical/plumbing fundamentals for high-rise or vertical construction
- Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and technical deliverables
- Strong ability to read and interpret MEP/architectural blueprints
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, and BC building codes
- Familiarity with Canadian and American regulatory requirements for mechanical systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu
- Familiarity with IoT technologies such as automatic shut-off valves and flow sensors
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation
- PMP certification
