MEP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all on-site communications with site teams, engineers, and contractors
• Lead the implementation of Brickeye services from MEP/architectural drawing review through commissioning and live support
• Oversee survey, installation, and maintenance services to ensure compliance with project standards
• Act as the lead technical expert for on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mitigation strategy development
• Train site personnel on response plans and onboarding for the CR App
• Conduct periodic site inspections to verify system functionality
• Maintain precise project records, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, MEP Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in mechanical/plumbing fundamentals for high-rise or vertical construction
• Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and technical deliverables
• Strong ability to read and interpret MEP/architectural blueprints
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, and BC building codes
• Familiarity with Canadian and American regulatory requirements for mechanical systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bluebeam Revu
• Familiarity with IoT technologies such as automatic shut-off valves and flow sensors
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation
• PMP certification
