MEP Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and supply chain for large mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) owner-furnished equipment
• Administer contracts, review terms and conditions, and ensure compliance
• Prepare and maintain project procurement plans and manage RFx processes
• Conduct price analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and track delivery schedules
• Coordinate with construction and design teams for BoM and routing validation
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Extensive experience in MEP procurement or supply chain management, preferably in data center environments
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in procurement and inventory management systems, preferably SAP
• Required programming experience in SQL, VBA, or Python
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven people management experience
• Ability to work on-site and travel as needed for inspections

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience implementing lean practices in supply chain operations
