About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP programmes using Asta PowerProject
- Monitor progress through regular site reviews and subcontractor validation
- Present programme updates and planning insights to project leadership
- Coordinate with design, commercial, and construction teams to resolve sequencing challenges
- Support risk identification and mitigation through scenario planning
Requirements
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Elecosoft Asta PowerProject
- 4-6 years of on-site experience as an MEP planner
- Experience in commercial, custodial, or pharmaceutical laboratory projects
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
