About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project programmes using Elecosoft PowerProject and/or Primavera P6
- Monitor progress through site visits and maintain accurate records using Bluebeam and Elecosoft Site Progress apps
- Identify potential risks and delays and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare clear and concise progress reports for stakeholders
- Review supply chain programmes and facilitate coordination meetings
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience as an MEP planner
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Elecosoft PowerProject
- 3-5 years of experience in tender and preconstruction planning
- Experience with office, custodial, or pharmaceutical laboratory projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu
