MEP Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP design review, coordination, execution, and commissioning
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of MEP works
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project integration
• Ensure testing, commissioning, and successful project handover
• Support procurement and logistics for timely delivery of MEP materials
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to MEP teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven track record in large-scale residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
