MEP Manager - Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design review and installation of MEP systems for large-scale construction projects.
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
• Manage a team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers and inspectors.
• Inspect and verify the quality of equipment and systems on-site.
• Ensure all MEP works are completed within the established timeline and budget.
• Resolve technical issues or delays that may affect the project schedule.
• Provide technical advice and problem-solving support on-site.
• Prepare detailed reports and project updates for management and participate in client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience working on building projects.
• Proven experience with villas, residential towers, or commercial buildings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership of a recognized professional institution.
• LEED GA or AP certifications.
