MEP Manager - Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design review and installation of MEP systems for large-scale construction projects
• Ensure all MEP systems comply with relevant building codes and safety regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate systems into overall project designs
• Manage a team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers and inspectors
• Inspect and verify the quality of equipment and systems on-site
• Ensure all MEP works are completed within the established timeline and budget
• Resolve technical issues or delays that may affect the project schedule
• Provide technical advice and problem-solving support on-site
• Prepare detailed reports and project updates for management
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with clients as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent degree
• Minimum of 20 years of experience working on building projects, such as villas, residential towers, or commercial buildings
• Membership of a recognized professional institution is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED GA or AP certification is a plus for the MEP discipline
