MEP Manager, Engineering Design & Technical

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and lead MEP projects for developments in Middle East and Africa
• Maximize compliance with Engineering Technical Brand Standards
• Monitor and coordinate the implementation of Engineering Technical Design Guidelines
• Report on project engineering progress and activities during execution
• Ensure Fire, Life & Safety standards compliance across all projects
• Review and evaluate MEP trades and systems for brand compliance
• Develop professional relationships with owners, developers, and contractors
• Support the development of brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of MEP project management experience
• At least 5 years managing large-scale projects in the GCC region
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and lifecycle project management
• Familiarity with GCC building regulations and local authority processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D)
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
