MEP Foreman

Responsibilities

• Organize and control MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works on-site following instructions from the Foreman or Construction Engineer
• Supervise and coordinate technical staff, machine operators, and subcontractor teams daily
• Execute MEP works based on studies and technical guidance
• Assign duties and determine work schedules and shifts
• Update the Foreman/Engineer on project progress and participate in daily/weekly meetings
• Manage the planning and adherence to the schedule for assigned works

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (TEI) or a relevant Technical School
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an MEP Foreman on complex building projects
• Knowledge of implementing electrical designs
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred
• Good command of English is considered an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
