Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant Technical School, 10 years MEP Foreman experience, Knowledge of electrical designs, AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency

About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and control MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works on the construction site under the guidance of the Foreman or Construction Engineer
- Supervise and coordinate technical staff, machine operators, and subcontractor teams daily
- Execute MEP works based on studies and instructions
- Assign duties and determine work schedules and shifts
- Update the Foreman/Engineer on project progress and participate in daily/weekly meetings
- Responsible for the planning and adherence to the schedule of assigned works
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (TEI) or Technical School of a relevant specialty
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an MEP Foreman on complex building projects
- Knowledge of implementing electrical designs
- Proficiency in English is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with technical staff
- Organizational and methodical approach
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
