MEP Field Coordinator/Inspector

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Ensure construction activities align with the project schedule, method statements, and technical specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress and quality reports
• Verify material deliveries and ensure they meet project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues
• Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and close-out documentation
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience in MEP inspection, preferably in high-rise or mission-critical projects like data centers
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills
