About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Develop pricing build-ups and cost breakdowns
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams
- Support tender submissions under tight deadlines
Requirements
- BSc or BEng / HNDE in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Economics
- 9–11 years of post-graduate experience in a QS / Estimation role within construction
- Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract functions
- Knowledge of standard forms of contract (JCT, NEC3/NEC4, FIDIC)
- Proficiency in CostX, Buildsoft, or Bluebeam
- Advanced knowledge in Candy Cost Estimation tool
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Must reside in KSA and hold a valid iqama
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, fit-out, or civils sectors
